Hey everyone, welcome to my blog about a gal with Neiman Marcus tastes doing her best on a TJ Maxx budget. Like many Americans, life changed drastically for me and my family in 2008. My husband is self-employed in an industry closely tied to the financial sector and Wall Street. As you can imagine, we have had to adjust our lifestyle and priorities since the global market collapsed in November 2008; that said, I do not believe it is an edict to throw away any interest in all things fashionable or beautiful. I have had to learn to scale back and become creative.
That is what this blog is all about. Finding great deals, sales and giveaways online. It's all about the hunt. So, basically, I scour the Internet for rare finds, promos and contests...so we can once again experience the rush of scoring a wicked cute handbag, earrings, or lipgloss.
